New Proclamations

Oi, been a long time, huh? Thought it was dead, yah? Okay, not dead, but a deep coma. Actually, this site is dead... don't worry! What I mean is I'm moving, redesigning, and triming down. I'm going back to basics, so just art and fics. (I'll leave the game room and oddities up here, but they'll be a separate, smaller site that doesn't require dynamic content and updates.)

I'm changing the backend, too, so it will be easier for writers to sign up for an account and publish their own fics.

I'll post updates here until the new site is up, then I'll post a forwarding link. Check this spot for (hopefully) regular updates.

Well, I did go to the con, then a week after my return... I won't go into that. By now the whole world has heard about it and what's taken place afterwards. Besides, this isn't a political page. Anyway, nothing new to report, but there has been some rewriting of the links. It seems some people thought it was okay to directly link to the main menu page. Well, it's not. By doing that, not only does it cost me hits, but more importantly, it bypasses the warning, and I am not going to be held responsible for unsupervised and/or irresponsible net surfing by minors and those who shouldn't be here. No, the con hasn't happened yet, but I decided to leave a gift to hopefully keep everyone a little happy while I'm gone. I've revamped the Library, and there is a new section: Hot off the Press. Now you can get the fics straight from some of the writers. Or if you yourself are a writer who would like to submit, then you can signup for a HotP account at New Dweller. May be a bit of a delay in confirming accounts, but hopefully I can get some help ::coughhintcough:: there. Enjoy!

Okay, I really should have posted this sooner but... anyway, Yaoi-con is a convention for Yaoi fans (sorry, have to be 18+ by September 1st) in SF, Cali. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to go, but in the mean time, I have to get ready, save up, and get back to my first love of writing. Now if someone wants to help by converting the fics I have to a template, I'd be more than happy for the help. But otherwise, the site's on hold until after the con's over. Now when I come back I'll get right to work on it. I've got a lot of stuff stored up, so it won't be a small update, I'm sure.

I also have backed up email. This is partly due to the con, and partly due to some negativity I found concerning my other site, Rara. You can read about that by hitting Rara's first page, here. I'll get to it eventually, but for now, if I haven't replied, this is why.

Finally! Every section of the Sanctuary is up and running. Also, remodeled the Gallery. New artist there as well, Rekka. New/updated fics from Byrdie Fae, koibito, Ladyglen, Miracle Shining, Ronda Searls, and myself. Basically... big update. But at least now I can honestly say the Sanctuary is now truly open. Enjoy!

Whatever you, don't get use to these daily updates. /^^\ Updated the skins section. Also split it up into pages, so hopefully you won't have to wait as long per page download. Enjoy.

Okay, have the guestbook and messageboard up, but more importantly, the adult gallery has been updated. It uses a Java menu for navigation now, however, and you may have to enter your username and password twice. Why, not sure. I may have a text only navigation page later, but this worked out better for me. Hope you like it.

Gourry: Not that I have anything against chains. Hey, Zel, wanna try it out sometimes?

Zelgadis: *glares at LN* Ever since he came here he's been acting very... un-Gourrylike.

LN: Maybe it's the real Gourry... /^^;;
